NEW HAMPSHIRE INDEPENDENCE PAC ENDORSES “HCR 6” CONDEMNING THE USE OF VIOLENCE AGAINST ANY GROUP OF PEOPLE WHO DESIRE SELF-GOVERNANCE

Public Hearing: Feb 6th, 2pm, Legislative Office Building Room 301-303

Concord, NH – One year after a historic proposal to place a Constitutional Amendment on the ballot for the people of New Hampshire to decide whether to declare peaceful independence from the union, some of the state’s most freedom-oriented legislators will be introducing a House Concurrent Resolution this week, HCR 6. The wonderfully short resolution would proclaim that:

“No government is justified in the use of violence or any military action or any acts of war against any group of people who wish to govern themselves. Initiating violence against a group of people for seeking to govern themselves is condemned as barbaric, authoritarian, and antithetical to liberty.”

NHIPAC is proud to support this resolution. The committee chairman, Matt Sabourin dit Choinière remarks that “Just days after forming the union’s first Nullification Caucus, and with independence campaigns flourishing concurrently in Texas, Florida, California, and western Oregon, our endorsed legislators will put the state house to the test. Which legislators believe in peaceful self-determination for nations and states?  We’ll find out with HCR 6.”
New Hampshire Independence PAC was formed in 2022 to help legislators and legislation that will move New Hampshire towards independence from the Washington, D.C. establishment. For questions or comments, please reach out to NHIPAC at nhipac@protonmail.com or visit our website, NHIPAC.org.
